Charlotte Zuccotto

Charlotte Zuccotto is the 11th son and the 18th child of the Charlotte Family and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. He also serves as Totto Land's Minister of Alcohol, governing over Liqueur Island. Zuccotto is a short and stocky man with black hair gathered into a topknot, large sideburns, and a thin mustache that thickens near his sideburns. He has two long beard tendrils extending down to his waist. He usually lacks a shirt, wearing red and pink trousers with frills, a red cape, and large black sleeves. He also has a bushy, striped tail and animal-like feet, resembling a raccoon dog. While not much is known about his personality, his participation in Big Mom's assassination plan against the Vinsmoke Family suggests his strong loyalty to his family and crew. As Minister of Alcohol, he holds authority over Liqueur Island and can command lower-ranking crew members. In the anime, he was shown wielding two small axes for melee combat.
