Cabaletta is an enormous man with a round, thick body and short legs, and his physical appearance is almost identical to his quintuplet brothers. He has messy brown hair, small eyes, a wide nose, full lips, and a thin mustache. As an officer of the Big Mom Pirates, Cabaletta is loyal to his crew and participated in the enraged army to avenge his younger brother. In the anime, he has been shown to be hot-tempered and proud.
