Monet

Monet, also known as the "Snow Woman" in One Piece, is a harpy with avian features who served as a scout and assistant to Caesar Clown at the research facility on Punk Hazard. In reality, she was a member and officer of the Donquixote Pirates, sent as a deep cover agent by Doflamingo. Due to her actions, she is considered a tertiary antagonist of the Punk Hazard Arc. Monet has long, wavy, light green hair and brown eyes (amber in the anime). She was considered very attractive, with Marines commenting on her appearance. Her original human limbs were replaced with bird limbs, giving her a harpy-like appearance. She possesses the powers of the Yuki Yuki no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit, which allows her to control and transform into snow. Monet has a complex personality, appearing flippant while being loyal to her mission. She displays both calm cunning and sadistic cruelty, making her a memorable character in the Punk Hazard Arc.
