Sugar

Sugar is a character in the Japanese anime and manga series *One Piece*. She is a special officer in the Trebol Army of the Donquixote Pirates. She possesses the power of the "Hobi Hobi no Mi" Devil Fruit, which allows her to transform any living creature she touches into a toy, erasing their existence from the memories of everyone who knew them. This ability made her a critical component in Doflamingo's control over Dressrosa. Sugar appears to be a ten-year-old girl, but she is actually 22 years old due to the effects of her Devil Fruit. She is fiercely loyal to Doflamingo and has a cruel personality, enjoying turning people into toys and enslaving them. She also has a strong aversion to long noses, stemming from an incident where Usopp's comical face scared her unconscious. Despite her childish appearance, Sugar is very fast and agile, capable of striking fast-moving Tontatta dwarves.
