Pica

Pica is a major antagonist in One Piece, a top executive of the Donquixote Pirates and leader of their Spade Army. He is an extremely tall and muscular man with an intimidating presence. Pica is particularly known for his surprisingly high-pitched voice, which he is incredibly sensitive about, leading to violent outbursts when mocked. He possesses the Ishi Ishi no Mi Devil Fruit, granting him the ability to assimilate and manipulate stone, along with proficient Busoshoku Haki. Pica is fiercely loyal to Donquixote Doflamingo, considering his crew his family and believing Doflamingo to be the rightful king of Dressrosa. He has clashed with members of the Straw Hat Pirates multiple times, eventually being defeated by Zoro and later arrested by the Marines after Doflamingo’s defeat.
