Belo Betty

Belo Betty is a significant character in One Piece, serving as a high-ranking officer in the Revolutionary Army and commander of the East Army. She is a tall, slim woman with short purple hair, often seen wearing red-lensed black sunglasses, red lipstick, and smoking a cigarette. Her signature attire includes a red top hat with red goggles and curled horns, an open cropped red jacket, a red tie, and red and white striped stockings. Betty is known for her harsh and insulting manner when addressing people, but this is her way of motivating them to join the Revolutionary Army. She believes heroic actions are a personal choice. Despite her abrasive attitude, she has a compassionate side and respects those who stand up for themselves. Betty possesses the Paramecia-type Kobu Kobu no Mi Devil Fruit, allowing her to rally and encourage people, increasing their fighting spirit and physical strength. She is also skilled in both Armament and Observation Haki. The World Government considers her a significant threat, placing a bounty of 457,000,000 berries on her head.
