Hina

Hina, also known as "Black Cage Hina," is a Marine Rear Admiral in the anime and manga series *One Piece*, and a former classmate of Vice Admiral Smoker. Initially introduced as a captain, she was promoted to rear admiral after the Summit War of Marineford. Hina is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit user, having consumed the Ori Ori no Mi, which allows her to create iron bindings on her opponents. She has long, straight pink hair that reaches her waist and is often seen wearing red lipstick. Hina has a calm and collected demeanor and tends to speak in the third person. Despite being tolerant of her subordinates' antics, she is ruthlessly pragmatic when on duty. She has clashed with the Straw Hat Pirates on several occasions and possesses a deep knowledge of historical events, like her understanding of the Rocks Pirates. Hina also leads the Black Cage Corps, a unit that includes Jango and Fullbody.
