Kuroobi

Kuroobi is a character in One Piece, a ray fish-man and an officer of the Arlong Pirates. He is a skilled practitioner of Fish-Man Karate and one of Arlong's main combatants. Kuroobi is strict and holds a strong prejudice against humans, believing fish-men to be a superior race. He was once a member of the Sun Pirates, before joining Arlong's crew after the group disbanded. In the Arlong Park arc, Kuroobi engages in a fierce battle with Sanji, the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates. While he initially gains the upper hand, he is ultimately defeated by Sanji. Kuroobi displays formidable fish-man strength and underwater combat skills during the fight. He is also shown to be proficient with a sword, having once injured Genzo. He is recognized for his dark blue gi and black belt, his hair tied back in a ponytail, and the Sun Pirates' tattoo on his chest. Kuroobi's signature laugh is "Kuhahahahaha."
