Buggy

Buggy, also known as "Buggy the Clown," is a significant character in the manga series *One Piece*. He was once an apprentice on the Pirate King Roger's ship, where he was acquainted with Shanks. Buggy is the captain of the Buggy Pirates and the co-leader of the Buggy and Alvida Alliance. He possesses the power of the Chop-Chop Fruit, allowing him to split his body into multiple parts. Initially an antagonist to the Straw Hat Pirates, first appearing in the Orange Town arc, Buggy later becomes a recurring supporting character. He is known for his comical personality, flamboyant appearance, and unfortunate circumstances. After the Summit War, Buggy inadvertently became a Warlord of the Sea and founded the pirate dispatch organization "Buggy's Delivery". Following the abolishment of the Warlord system, Buggy joined Crocodile and Mihawk's Cross Guild and was mistaken as its leader, elevating him to one of the Four Emperors. Despite his lack of strength, Buggy consistently manages to earn respect and followers through luck and eloquence, making him a unique figure in *One Piece*.
