Mirai Akari

Mirai Akari (ミライアカリ), also known as Akari Mirai, is a retired Japanese Virtual YouTuber. She debuted on October 27, 2017, and was known for her cheerful, extroverted personality and slightly pervy jokes. Originally conceived as a time traveler from the future, this concept was later de-emphasized. She was affiliated with ZIZAI Inc. and was also a member of ENTUM before joining GOOM STUDIO in 2020. Mirai Akari's character design was done by KEI, the designer of Hatsune Miku. She posted various video content on YouTube, including game streams, vlogs, and music productions. Mirai Akari announced her retirement on March 31, 2023, due to differences in business values with her management. Despite the end of her career, she made significant contributions to the development of the VTuber industry as an early pioneer and has a large fan base (known as 'Mirai-bu'). Her catchphrase is the energetic 'Hello, I'm Mirai Akari!'
