Atea

Atea, also known as Agathe in some translations, is a mysterious character in Genshin Impact. While not currently a playable character, she has appeared in the game's storyline and the Genius Invokation TCG. In the story, Atea is described as an ancient 'name bearer,' a warrior from the Flowing Springs Tribe, known as the 'Candle Keeper' and the pride of the 'People of Flowing Springs.' In the Genius Invokation TCG, she appears as a support card, whose effect is to reduce the cost of Elemental Dice by 1 when the player uses 'Skills' (once per round). Her card story mentions that she is a hero sung by the bard 'Gavedita,' and her deeds are recorded on the Genius Invokation card, forever remembered by Teyvat's card players. Additionally, there is an in-game item called 'Amulet of Atea,' which reveals her desire for peace and her trust in her spring friend, Mavuika. Some players speculate that Atea may be related to the Natlan region, even being a former Pyro Archon. Overall, Atea is a character full of mystery and stories within the Genshin Impact universe. Her appearance adds more mystique and depth to the game.
