Inyouchuu Etsu ~Kairaku Henka Taimaroku~ is an adult game released by TinkerBell on November 27, 2009, and is part of the Inyouchuu series. The plot follows Yamato Tachibana, who, after losing his memory, trains under the exorcist Yayoi Yagami and goes to the 'Ayagami Village' for his final trial. During the trial, Yamato’s body begins to demonize. Although he had unlocked the village shrine's seal, the ultimate cause and solution remain unknown. Later, Yamato's companions, including Mikoto, visit him and discover that the spirit of a demon named 'Yamato' is sealed within him. To seal Yamato, Mikoto and others decide to sacrifice their bodies to create a familiar. Inyouchuu Etsu was adapted into a two-volume adult OVA in 2011, along with manga and novel adaptations. The work is considered to have significant narrative progression within the series, but can be less accessible for new players. Additionally, the game has been noted to marginalize certain characters.
