The manga's tankōbon title is "Joshiochi! ~Erotic Girl Fell From the 2nd Floor, and Onto My Thing!?~". It was later adapted into a TV anime titled "Joshi Ochi! ~A Girl Fell From the 2nd Floor...!?~", which aired in 2018. The story follows Sousuke Aikawa, a part-time worker living in a run-down apartment, who one day experiences an unexpected encounter when his upstairs neighbor, Sae Nibu, falls through a hole in the floor and lands on him, leading to a sexual encounter. This event sparks a cohabitation and emotional entanglement involving Sousuke, Sae, and their landlady, Yuki Shimizu. The anime has drawn attention for its unique "monk frame" style and character designs, but has also been criticized for its forced and illogical plot development.
