"Jingai-san no Yome," literally translated as "Non-Human Creature Wife," is a Japanese four-panel manga series written by Yu Aikawa and illustrated by Akiwo Yasaka. It began serialization on Ichijinsha's Zero-Sum Online website in June 2016. The story revolves around Tomari Hinowa, an ordinary high school student who is suddenly informed that he must become the wife of a mysterious creature named Kanenogi, thus beginning their heartwarming married life. The manga has been compiled into twelve tankōbon volumes. Additionally, an anime adaptation produced by Saetta aired from October 2 to December 18, 2018. The series is popular for its unique premise and lighthearted, everyday stories, depicting love and life across species between humans and non-human creatures.
