Classroom of the Elite II

"Classroom of the Elite II", also known as "Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e 2nd Season", is a television anime series adapted from the light novel of the same name. The story takes place at Advanced Nurturing High School, a seemingly utopian institution that is actually an elite school where merit is prioritized above all else. The protagonist, Kiyotaka Ayanokoji, is placed in Class D, a class full of problem children, where he meets Suzune Horikita, who aspires to rise to Class A, and the seemingly amicable idol student, Kikyo Kushida. Season 2 follows directly from the first season, depicting Class D facing new challenges after the uninhabited island survival exam. In the new special exam, students must fight not only for their class but also for their own survival. Meanwhile, new problems arise within the class, such as Kakeru Ryuuen's revenge and Kei Karuizawa's psychological crisis, forcing Ayanokoji to use his superior planning abilities and ruthless tactics to guide Class D to victory. The season premiered in Summer 2022 and consists of 13 episodes, produced by Lerche.
