Topaz and Numby Jelena

Topaz, whose real name is Jelena, is a Senior Manager of the Strategic Investment Department in the Interastral Peace Corporation (IPC), the leader of the Special Debts Picket Team, and a member of the Ten Stonehearts. Her Cornerstone is the 'Topaz of Debt Retrieval.' Topaz's partner, the Warp Trotter 'Numby,' has an acute sense of where riches are located and can perform jobs involving security, debt collection, and actuarial sciences. They travel the cosmos, pursuing various debts and liabilities that negatively impact the IPC's commercial ventures. In battle, Numby automatically attacks enemies, while Topaz can enhance Numby's damage. In exploration, Numby moves with Topaz and can discover unobtained treasures. Topaz's skills include: Basic Attack - Deficit…, Skill - Difficulty Paying?, Ultimate - Turn a Profit!, Talent - Trotter Market!?, and Technique - Explicit Subsidy. Her Talent summons Numby at the start of battle with a default SPD of 80. When enemies afflicted with Proof of Debt are hit by ally follow-up attacks, Numby's action is Advanced Forward by 50%. If Topaz is downed, Numby disappears. Her Technique summons Numby in the overworld to search for Basic Treasures and Trotters within a set radius, and restores 60 Energy for Topaz after Numby's first attack in the next battle. Topaz's ascension materials include IPC-related materials and Fiery Spirit.
