the Fire Below the Mountain Ornn

Ornn, also known as "The Fire Below the Mountain," is a Freljordian demi-god in League of Legends. He is a master blacksmith and craftsman who dwells in solitude within the lava caverns beneath the volcano Hearth-Home. Ornn focuses on his forging work, using molten rock cauldrons to purify ores and create items of unsurpassed quality. When other deities, especially Volibear, meddle in mortal affairs, Ornn rises to stop them, using his hammer or the fiery power of the mountains. Ornn is reclusive and doesn't like to interact with others, but his creations are well-known throughout Runeterra. Legend says that many legendary weapons and tools were made by him, including Braum's shield. Ornn once had a group of followers called the Hearthblood, who were top blacksmiths from all over the world honing their skills under his guidance. However, in a conflict between Ornn and Volibear, the Hearthblood were all killed and their home destroyed, which deeply affected Ornn and made him more reclusive and taciturn. Now, Ornn still works in his forge creating weapons for the coming wars, anticipating that Freljord and the whole of Runeterra will need a good blacksmith.
