In Minecraft, Infested Chiseled Stone Bricks, formerly known as Chiseled Stone Brick Monster Egg or Silverfish Chiseled Stone Brick, are blocks that look identical to regular chiseled stone bricks. However, when broken, they spawn silverfish. Unlike regular chiseled stone bricks, infested chiseled stone bricks cannot be crafted and are only available in the Creative mode inventory. These blocks primarily generate naturally in structures such as strongholds and igloo basements. Players can also obtain the block using the `/give` command. Additionally, silverfish have the ability to enter and hide in chiseled stone bricks, turning them into infested versions. Infested blocks, including infested chiseled stone bricks, break faster than their regular counterparts when mined and do not drop items, instead spawning silverfish. Silk Touch tools can be used to mine these blocks and obtain their non-infested version without spawning silverfish. When placed under note blocks, infested blocks produce harp sounds in Java Edition and flute sounds in Bedrock Edition.
