Cui, also known as Kyui, is a fictional character from the Dragon Ball series, first appearing in Dragon Ball Z. He is an elite soldier in Frieza's army, known for his indigo skin, scaly, fish-like face, and arrogant personality. Cui is highly self-regarded, often underestimating his opponents, but shows cowardice when facing stronger enemies. He has a long-standing rivalry with Vegeta, frequently mocking the Saiyan prince. During Frieza's invasion of Namek, Cui was ordered to hunt down Vegeta. Despite believing he had grown stronger, he was no match for Vegeta and was ultimately defeated and killed. His main combat techniques include energy blasts and feints, with a power level of approximately 18,000.
