Tonosama Gekomon

Tonosama Gekomon (トノサマゲコモン) is a fictional character in the Digimon franchise, classified as an Amphibian Digimon at the Perfect level. Its name is derived from the Japanese word "tonosama," meaning feudal lord, and it has a frog-like appearance with a chonmage (traditional Japanese topknot) on its head, symbolizing its status. It's considered an upgraded version of Gekomon, and its evolution is said to have originated from a karaoke scoring system. Tonosama Gekomon features two horns on its shoulders that emit a deep singing voice, conveying a lordly presence. Its special attack is the "Kobushi Tone," which uses low-frequency sound waves to attack enemies; sometimes these waves inadvertently improve the opponent's condition. Tonosama Gekomon appears in various Digimon series, often as a lord of a castle or residence. Its personality varies, sometimes it is a tyrant, and sometimes a kind leader. Despite being a mid-boss, it's not always an antagonist, and has been known to reform. It has appeared in anime such as Digimon Adventure, Digimon Adventure 02, Digimon Adventure:, and Digimon Ghost Game, as well as in multiple video games, making it a memorable character in the franchise.
