Masira

Masira, also known as "Salvage King" Masira, is a character in One Piece and the captain of the Masira Pirates, a crew known for salvaging sunken ships. He's a human with ape-like features, wearing headphones, goggles, and an orange-yellow jumpsuit. Masira is part of the Saruyama Alliance, closely associated with Shoujou and Mont Blanc Cricket. He's straightforward and serious, but can be silly and easily angered, especially by anyone interfering with his salvaging. However, he becomes friendly when someone shows interest in his skills or calls him a "monkey." He has incredible lung capacity and diving skills, capable of raising a sunken ship with a single breath. Masira is also a devoted fan of the "Liar Norland" tale, joining the Saruyama Alliance with Shoujou to aid Cricket in finding the City of Gold. He has interacted with the Straw Hat Pirates on their journey to Skypiea, helping modify the Going Merry.
