Rosward

Saint Rosward is a World Noble from the manga and anime series *One Piece*, residing in the Holy Land of Mary Geoise. He is the father of Charlos and Shalria, and serves as one of the main antagonists in the Sabaody Archipelago Arc. Rosward is an older man, recognized by his traditional Celestial Dragon hairstyle with upward curls. He sports a curly black mustache, a fluffy gray beard, and wears black shades, which are broken when Usopp falls on him. Similar to other World Nobles, he wears a thick white suit with medal-like knobs and a bubble over his head to avoid breathing the same air as commoners. Despite occasionally scolding his children, Rosward maintains an arrogant and self-centered demeanor. He wields immense wealth and power, which he uses to satisfy his desires and treat slaves cruelly. He becomes enraged when Luffy assaults his son Charlos, and attempts to shoot Luffy with a rifle hidden in his cane. While he considers himself superior, his combat skills are weak, and he is ultimately defeated when Usopp accidentally falls on him.
