Neptune

King Neptune, also known as Neptune, is a character from the Japanese manga series *One Piece*. He is the king of Fish-Man Island and the current patriarch of the Neptune Family. A giant-sized coelacanth merman, he has a red nose, small eyes, and thick orange curly hair and beard, despite his old age. He is muscular and known for his blunt personality, often shouting his name at random times and finishing sentences with "jamon". Though sometimes absent-minded, he is deeply devoted to his family and subjects. He is the husband of the late Queen Otohime and the father of Fukaboshi, Ryuboshi, Manboshi, and Princess Shirahoshi. Neptune was once known as "The Great Knight of the Sea," a powerful warrior skilled in using a trident and Fish-Man Karate. He values peace, but can be serious when necessary. He formed a friendship with the Straw Hat Pirates and is grateful to them for protecting his daughter Shirahoshi.
