Rocks D. Xebec

Rocks D. Xebec, commonly known as Rocks, is a major antagonist in the One Piece franchise. He was the captain of the legendary and notorious Rocks Pirates, considered one of the most powerful and dangerous pirate crews before the Roger era. Rocks was an ambitious and ruthless leader, aiming to become the King of the World. He was known for his violence, ambition, and curiosity regarding forbidden knowledge. Rocks was a major rival of the future Pirate King Gol D. Roger, and his downfall led to the rise of the Marine hero Monkey D. Garp. The Rocks Pirates included powerful members such as Whitebeard, Kaido, and Charlotte Linlin, who later became Emperors.
