Charlotte Amande

Charlotte Amande is a character from One Piece. She is the third daughter and seventh child of the Charlotte Family, and one of the quadruplet sisters to Mondée, Hachée, and Effilée. She is also an officer of the Big Mom Pirates and serves as Totto Land's Minister of Nuts, governing Nuts Island. Known as "Demon Lady," Amande is characterized by her cold and ruthless personality. She is a tall, slender woman with long, light blue hair and green eyes. She is also a snakeneck-human hybrid, with a stripe and two heart tattoos on her neck. Amande wields a nodachi called "Shirauo" and possesses exceptional swordsmanship, capable of cutting through various objects with ease. She is fiercely loyal to her mother, Charlotte Linlin, and will execute any order without hesitation. She appeared as a supporting antagonist in the Whole Cake Island Arc, where she clashed with the Straw Hat Pirates. Amande is protective of Nuts Island, which she governs, and attempted to stop Big Mom from destroying it.
