Bartholomew Kuma, also known as "Tyrant" Kuma, is a significant character in One Piece. He was a former Warlord of the Sea and an officer of the Revolutionary Army. Kuma is a rare survivor of the Buccaneer race, possessing great physical strength. He ate the Paw-Paw Fruit, which allows him to repel anything in the form of paw pads, including tangible objects, air, and even pain and fatigue. Kuma was also the former king of the Sorbet Kingdom and the adoptive father of Jewelry Bonney.
