Miss Valentine

Miss Valentine, also known as Mikita, is a character from the anime and manga series *One Piece*. She is a former officer agent of the criminal organization Baroque Works, partnered with Mr. 5. She is a tall, slender woman with short blonde hair, and bright green eyes in the anime. Her signature attire includes a yellow minidress decorated with lemons, a yellow hat, lemon earrings, as well as a blue coat and white high heels. Miss Valentine possesses the Paramecia-type Kilo Kilo no Mi Devil Fruit, which allows her to freely manipulate her body weight, ranging from 1 to 10,000 kilograms. She primarily uses her ability for support in combat, crushing opponents by increasing her weight or gliding through the air with her umbrella when lightweight. She is a major antagonist in the Whiskey Peak and Little Garden arcs. She is known for her overconfident and lighthearted personality, her distinctive laugh, and her sadistic tendencies, preferring to crush opponents slowly. Currently, she works as a chocolate lady at the Spiders Cafe with other former Baroque Works members.
