Meira

Meira (明羅), also known as Meira, is a mysterious female samurai who appears as the Stage 2 boss in *Touhou Project's* *Story of Eastern Wonderland*. Believing that defeating Reimu Hakurei will grant her power, she challenges Reimu using her sword, firing reflective danmaku. Despite her efforts, she is defeated and flees. Meira is depicted with purple hair, dark eyes, and red and white samurai attire, bearing some resemblance to Konngara, who also shares the kanji “羅” in her name. She is one of the early characters of *Touhou Project*, and though she hasn't appeared in later works, she has left a lasting impression on some players. Her background and motives remain unclear, adding to her mystique.
