Kotohime

Kotohime (小兎姫), also known as Kotohime, is a character from the Touhou Project (東方Project) series, first appearing in the PC-98 game *Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream*. She is a princess who oddly calls herself a police officer. Kotohime has a strong interest in things that are not of common interest, and she enjoys collecting items that she finds "interesting," which makes her stand out. Despite her royal status, she does not frequently interact with others, and thus many people do not know much about her. In *Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream*, Kotohime attempts to capture Reimu Hakurei under the guise of being a police officer, to test out a jail cell she had made. She is characterized by her red hair and eyes, a purple kimono with red flower markings, and a yellow bow in her hair. Additionally, she has an alternate outfit with reversed hair and kimono colors.
