Chiyuri Kitashirakawa

Chiyuri Kitashirakawa is a character from the Touhou Project series, first appearing in Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream. She is a graduate school alumnus from the outside world and Yumemi Okazaki's assistant, primarily helping Yumemi collect data on magic. Chiyuri follows Yumemi to Gensokyo on the Probability Space Hypervessel to further their research goals. She has blonde twintails and yellow eyes, typically wearing a white sailor uniform that appears slightly too small for her, along with a blue neckerchief, white hat, and blue ribbon. In the story of Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream, Chiyuri distributed false flyers promising wishes to lure people into the 'ruins' (which was actually a ship). She also orchestrated a competition among various heroines, with only the strongest able to enter the ship. Ultimately, Chiyuri is forced to fight the victorious heroine so that Yumemi can collect research data about magic. Despite her defeat in the game, she and Yumemi remain in Gensokyo, continuing their research. Chiyuri has an outspoken personality and often speaks frankly with Yumemi, indicating a close and informal relationship.
