Yumeko

Yumeko (ゆめこ) is a character from the Touhou Project series, first appearing as the Stage 5 boss in *Mystic Square*. She is the maid of Shinki, the god of Makai, and resides in the Pandæmonium within Makai. Yumeko has golden wavy hair and golden eyes, and wears a red and white maid outfit. In the game, when the protagonists find Shinki, Yumeko volunteers to fight in her place, demonstrating her strength. Shinki considers Yumeko to be her strongest creation. Yumeko specializes in danmaku attacks using knives (actually swords), a trait later seen in Sakuya Izayoi. Yumeko is extremely loyal and respectful to her master Shinki, but appears cold towards others. In the story of *Mystic Square*, Yumeko serves as a significant obstacle to the protagonists, but is ultimately defeated.
