Patchouli Knowledge

Patchouli Knowledge is a prominent character in the Touhou Project series, residing in the library of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She is a highly knowledgeable and studious magician, and a close friend of Remilia Scarlet, the mansion's mistress. Patchouli is renowned for her powerful magic abilities, particularly her mastery over the seven elements of fire, water, wood, metal, earth, sun, and moon, earning her the moniker "the One-Week Girl". Despite her magical prowess, Patchouli suffers from a frail constitution, including anemia and asthma, which often hinder her spellcasting. She is reclusive, spending most of her time in the library researching magical texts. In terms of personality, Patchouli is introverted and taciturn, but she possesses a strong thirst for knowledge. Although she often follows the books, she is prone to mistakes. Patchouli appears as an enemy in multiple games, and is also playable in several titles. She has close ties to the members of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, especially Remilia and Sakuya, as well as a complex relationship with Marisa Kirisame.
