Reiuji Utsuho，Reiuzi Utuho

Utsuho Reiuji, also known as Okuu, is a character from the Touhou Project series, debuting as the final boss of Subterranean Animism. She is a Hell Raven and one of Satori Komeiji's pets, residing in the underground world after its separation from Hell. Her job is to regulate the flames of the former Hell of Blazing Fires. Before the events of Subterranean Animism, a voice told her she could swallow the god Yatagarasu within the flames to gain the power to fulfill the wishes of both the underground and surface worlds, namely, nuclear fusion. However, she misunderstood this and decided to use her newfound power to conquer Gensokyo. She has the ability to manipulate nuclear fusion, allowing her to generate temperatures close to the sun's core. Her distinctive appearance includes long dark brown hair, a white short-sleeved shirt with a red 'eye' on the chest, a short green skirt and headband. She also has a device resembling a nuclear control rod on her right arm, black wings, and a right foot encased in a congealed mass, with electrons orbiting her left ankle. She appears as a playable character in Touhou Hisoutensoku and in other games like Double Spoiler and Hopeless Masquerade. She's known for her powerful nuclear fusion ability and somewhat airheaded personality.
