She is part of the grassroots youkai network along with other youkai like Kagerou Imaizumi and Sekibanki. Her name, 'Wakasagihime,' comes from the Japanese freshwater fish 'wakasagi,' and 'hime' means 'princess,' though she is not a literal princess. Her design includes dark blue hair, blue eyes, fins on her head, a green and teal gradient kimono, and a fish tail. Her relationship with humans is typically neutral, but she may attack them due to various reasons.
