Sekibanki

Sekibanki (赤蛮奇, Sekibanki) is a character from the Touhou Project series, first appearing in Double Dealing Character. She is a rokurokubi, a type of youkai with the ability to detach her head, who lives in the Human Village disguised as a human. Sekibanki is known for her ability to freely detach and manipulate her head, often using it in battle and even creating multiple copies. Her personality is somewhat aloof and prideful, and she doesn't associate with either humans or youkai, holding a cynical view of things. Despite this, she is still a part of the youkai community living in the Human Village. Her physical characteristics include red hair and eyes, a black and red long-sleeved shirt, a dark red skirt, red and black boots, a blue bow with red trim, and a red and blue capelet covering part of her face. In Double Dealing Character, she was affected by the Miracle Mallet, which made her more aggressive, but she returned to her usual calm demeanor after the incident. Her name "Sekibanki" is written with characters meaning "red," "barbarian," and "anomaly."
