Sumireko is arrogant and confident, but she has gradually come to admire the residents of Gensokyo, viewing them as friends and mentors. After the events of *Urban Legend in Limbo*, she inadvertently develops a doppelganger that allows her to permanently stay in Gensokyo, enabling her to live in both worlds. Sumireko is characterized by her brown, shoulder-length pigtails, black fedora with a white bow, red-framed glasses, purple plaid skirt, and black cape. She is proficient in various psychic powers, including telekinesis, teleportation, and pyrokinesis.
