Kisin Sagume，Kishin Samgume

Sagume Kishin is a character from the Touhou Project, first appearing in Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom as the Stage 4 mid-boss and boss. She is a Lunarian goddess or divine spirit. Sagume possesses a unique ability to reverse situations through her words. When she speaks about a particular situation or event, that situation will somehow reverse itself. If she tries to achieve a goal, it will fail; if something bad is happening, it will be resolved. Because of this, she is typically taciturn and chooses her words very carefully. Sagume holds an important position in the Lunar Capital and does not often show herself publicly. Despite being an enemy of Gensokyo, she has aided it on two separate occasions. The first time was in Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom, where she abandoned her plan to relocate the Lunar Capital to Gensokyo and placed her faith in the protagonist. The second was in Grimoire of Usami, where she used her ability to stop the spread of chaos. She is on friendly terms with Eirin Yagokoro and visits her frequently. She also created a secret occult ball that uses the power of words to change the world. This ball can make rumors and urban legends come true. She originally planned to use the ball to move the Lunar Capital to Gensokyo by spreading rumors about NASA covering up the truth about the moon, but this plan ultimately did not come to fruition.
