Iizunamaru Megumu

Iizunamaru Megumu is a character in the Touhou Project series, first appearing in *Touhou Project 18: Unconnected Marketeers*. She is the leader of the Crow Tengu and a powerful Great Tengu. She resides near the peak of Youkai Mountain and possesses the ability to manipulate the starry sky. Megumu is known for her cunning and manipulative nature, often using others to her advantage. In *Unconnected Marketeers*, she masterminded the distribution of "Ability Cards" and used the power of the Marketplace God to establish a unique currency system, thereby gaining substantial profits. However, her scheme eventually led to the Marketplace God becoming too powerful, threatening Tengu society. Megumu's design includes a dark blue dress, white trim, a golden pauldron, and typical Tengu attire. She also carries a tripod, which she occasionally uses as a weapon. Megumu is inspired by Iizuna Gongen, a deity associated with warfare and military arts. The character for "dragon" in her name corresponds with the Japanese title of *Unconnected Marketeers*, *Kouryuudou* (Rainbow Dragon Cave). She is also festival-loving, described as a great tengu who loves festivals.
