Ninetales

Ninetales (キュウコン, Kyukon) is a Fire-type Pokémon introduced in the Pokémon franchise. It first appeared in Generation I in Pokémon Red and Blue, evolving from Vulpix when exposed to a Fire Stone. Ninetales' design is inspired by the nine-tailed fox from Japanese folklore, possessing nine tails and luxurious golden fur. Legend says that Ninetales is the reincarnation of nine noble saints, and it possesses great mystical powers. It is highly intelligent, capable of understanding human speech, and is said to live for a thousand years. Ninetales is known for its vengeful nature, and it's said that anyone who angers it or grabs one of its tails could be cursed for up to 1,000 years. Besides Fire-type attacks, Ninetales can also use Ghost and Psychic-type moves. In the Alola region, there's an Ice/Fairy-type regional variant of Ninetales with pale blue fur. It is revered as a sacred messenger or deity. Alolan Ninetales has a gentle temperament and will aid lost humans, but will punish those who invade its territory.
