Meowth

Meowth (Japanese: ニャース, Nyarth) is a fictional species of Pokémon introduced in the first generation games, Pokémon Red and Blue. It is a Normal-type Pokémon, resembling a feline with cream-colored fur, brown paws and tail tips. Meowth has a gold, oval coin embedded in its forehead, along with whiskers on each side of its face, and brown interiors of its ears. Meowth has the ability to walk upright, though it is known to typically walk on all fours. Meowth is known for its love of round and shiny objects and its signature move, "Pay Day," which allows it to produce coins. The evolved form of Meowth is Persian. There are also regional forms of Meowth found in Alola (Alolan Meowth) and Galar (Galarian Meowth) with different appearances and types. Meowth is also a notable character in the anime series, most famously as Team Rocket's Meowth who is able to speak human language.
