Mankey

Mankey (Japanese: マンキー, Mankī) is a Fighting-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It resembles a small monkey with a pig-like snout, hence its classification as the "Pig Monkey Pokémon." Mankey has a round body covered in shaggy, whitish fur, narrow red eyes, and triangular ears. Known for its extremely short temper, Mankey easily flies into rages over minor irritations. When angry, its body trembles, its breathing becomes rough, and it launches fierce attacks. They live in treetop colonies, and if one Mankey becomes enraged, the entire group rampages. They are fond of bananas and chestnuts, though they often become more agitated when they cannot peel the latter. In the Pokémon games, Mankey evolves into Primeape at level 28, and Primeape evolves into Annihilape after using Rage Fist twenty times. Mankey also appears in the anime, manga, and trading card game.
