Machamp (Japanese: カイリキー Kairiky) is a Fighting-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It is the final evolution of Machop, evolving from Machoke through trade or by using a Linking Cord. Machamp is a humanoid Pokémon with four well-muscled arms, bluish-gray skin, red eyes, and pale yellow lips. It has three brown ridges on its head. It is known for mastering all forms of martial arts, throwing punches at incredible speed, reportedly 500 punches per second, and being able to move mountains with a single hand. Despite its immense power, Machamp is clumsy in tasks requiring dexterity due to its arms tangling easily. They often live in mountains, are known to be impulsive, and love facing powerful opponents. Machamp has been featured in many anime, manga, and game appearances, and can Gigantamax into Gigantamax Machamp in some games. It is a classic Pokémon, renowned for its strength and fighting skills.
