Dewgong

Dewgong, known as ジュゴン (Jugon) in Japanese, is a dual-type Water/Ice Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It evolves from Seel. Dewgong has a snowy white fur coat, a sharp horn on its head, and two tusks extending from its upper jaw, resembling a sea lion. It thrives in cold environments and can swim swiftly through icy waters at a speed of 8 knots. Dewgong inhabits frigid oceans and often rests on icebergs. It prefers to sleep in shallow water or on ice floes during the day and hunts at night, particularly preying on Wishiwashi. Its horn allows it to break through thick ice to breathe. It stores thermal energy within its body to withstand freezing temperatures. Dewgong has appeared in various forms in the Pokémon anime, such as in Misty's Gym, as well as in the manga and Trading Card Game. The elegant design and icy abilities have made Dewgong a beloved Pokémon among fans.
