Goldeen

Goldeen (Japanese: トサキント Tosakinto) is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It resembles a white goldfish with orange markings, featuring circular blue eyes and pink lips. A horn protrudes from its forehead, larger in males than females. Goldeen has a small, wavy dorsal fin with an orange patch, long pectoral fins marked with orange at the bases, and a billowing tail fin that's orange near the base and white at the edges, often admired for its beauty and resemblance to a ballroom dress. Known for its wild temperament, Goldeen will use its horn to break out of aquariums. They compete among themselves to determine horn strength. Common in freshwater, they swim upstream in large groups during breeding season, earning them the moniker "Water Dancer" for their elegant movements. Goldeen appears in the Super Smash Bros. series as a Poké Ball Pokémon, using the move "Splash," which has no effect in the game.
