Croconaw

Croconaw, known as Alligates in Japanese, is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation II. It evolves from Totodile starting at level 18 and evolves into Feraligatr starting at level 30. Croconaw resembles a bipedal crocodile, primarily blue with an asymmetrical yellow and blue pattern on its chest, and black markings around its eyes. It has three clusters of red spikes on its body: a three-pronged crest on its head, a two-pronged set on its back, and a diamond-shaped spike near the tip of its tail. Croconaw's jaws are well-developed with backward-slanted fangs that make it difficult for prey to escape once bitten. It is described as always having forty-eight fangs lining its mouth, and if they are lost, they quickly grow back. They are primarily found near water and are carnivores. Croconaw has appeared in the Pokémon anime, including one owned by Marina named Wani-Wani in The Legend of Thunder!.
