Ledyba

Ledyba, known as Rediba in Japanese, is a dual-type Bug/Flying Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It was first introduced in Generation II games Pokémon Gold and Silver. Ledyba resembles a red ladybug with five black spots on its back and is characterized by its boxing glove-like hands. Female Ledyba have shorter antennae than males. Ledyba is a social Pokémon that prefers to be in groups, and it becomes timid when alone. They communicate using an aromatic fluid secreted from their leg joints, with different scents indicating different emotions, such as a sour smell when angry. Ledyba are active in warm regions and pollinate plants in forests. When it gets cold, they huddle together for warmth and use the 'Reflect' move to protect their nests. Ledyba evolves into Ledian at level 18.
