Togetic, known as Togechick in Japanese, is a dual-type Fairy/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation II. It evolves from Togepi when leveled up with high friendship, and it evolves into Togekiss when exposed to a Shiny Stone. Togetic is a dainty, bipedal Pokémon that is small in stature. It is white with a red and blue triangular ring pattern on its body. It also has a relatively long neck and long legs and a pair of wings on its back, giving it a vaguely angelic appearance. Togetic is said to be able to sense the kindness in people and Pokémon's hearts, and it will shower pure-hearted individuals with happiness and glowing down known as "joy dust." To share its happiness, it is said to fly around the world seeking kindhearted people. If it is not with kind people, however, it becomes dispirited and loses energy. Togetic is rarely found in the wild, but they can sometimes live in forests. Togetic is capable of levitating without flapping its wings and is considered a Pokémon that brings good fortune.
