Tyranitar

Tyranitar is a dual-type Rock/Dark Pokémon introduced in Generation II. It evolves from Pupitar starting at level 55 and is the final form of Larvitar. Tyranitar resembles a large, bipedal dinosaur, covered in a tough green armor with a gray diamond-shaped patch on its front. Its design is inspired by various armored dinosaurs and Kaiju creatures from Japanese legends, like Godzilla. Tyranitar is immensely powerful and destructive, said to be capable of crushing mountains and causing earthquakes. It has an insolent nature and enjoys battling, seeking worthy opponents. It can also Mega Evolve into Mega Tyranitar, gaining even more power and destruction. In certain regions, Tyranitar has a fierce rivalry with Duraludon. It possesses the Sand Stream ability, which can summon a sandstorm.
