Combusken

Combusken, known as Wakasyamo in Japanese, is a dual-type Fire/Fighting Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It is a bipedal bird-like Pokémon resembling a young chicken or rooster, with its upper body covered in bright yellow feathers and its underside in bright orange. It has long, feathery arms with three sharp white claws and muscular, powerful legs with sharp grey talons. Combusken has a plume of three orange feathers on its head, intense orange eyes, and a short orange beak. Its tail is short and pointed. Combusken's legs are naturally both fast and powerful, maintained by running through fields and mountains. It can deliver up to ten kicks per second. It has a place in its body that produces flames, allowing it to spew fire from its beak and kick until the opponent gives up. Male Combusken have thicker and larger head feathers than females. Combusken evolves from Torchic at level 16 and evolves into Blaziken at level 36.
