Marshtomp

Marshtomp (Japanese: ヌマクロー Numakurou) is a dual-type Water/Ground Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It is the evolved form of Mudkip and evolves into Swampert starting at level 36. Marshtomp resembles a mudskipper and an axolotl. It is primarily turquoise blue with an orange belly and orange spikes on its cheeks. It has a dark blue fin on its head, two rounded fins on its back, and a light blue chin and neck. Marshtomp has long, powerful arms with fin-like fingers and short, sturdy legs. It lives in muddy estuaries and has a sticky film on its skin to prevent dehydration. It can move quickly through mud and burrows into the mud to sleep. Marshtomp uses its strong legs for stability in battle. It is also strong enough to crush large rocks. Marshtomp can learn various moves through leveling up, evolution, and Technical Machines.
